TurfStore HF1 Non Ryegrass Fairway Overseeder Grass Seed Mix is a premium specialist blend developed to create fine, dense and visually impressive fairway turf without ryegrass. Made with a carefully balanced mix of hard fescue, slender creeping red fescue, strong creeping red fescue and chewings fescue, this high-quality formula delivers excellent surface fineness, strong ground cover and a refined playing finish. It is ideal for golf fairways where presentation, smoothness and reduced mowing requirements matter most.

Designed for both new sowings and renovation projects, TurfStore HF1 establishes slightly slower than ryegrass mixes but rewards with lower maintenance, excellent drought tolerance and strong disease resistance. Its fine-leaved grasses help create a consistent year-round green appearance while supporting durable turf performance in changing weather conditions. Recommended sowing rate is 35–70g/m², with overseeding at 20–35g/m².
