TurfStore HL.6 Birdstrike Airport Grass Seed Mix is a specialist grass seed blend developed for airfields, airports and large open landscapes where bird activity needs to be reduced. Made with 60% Tall Fescue, 20% Cocksfoot, 10% Timothy and 10% Strong Creeping Red Fescue, this carefully balanced mix produces a dense, upright sward that discourages birds from nesting and landing.

Designed to support long grass management programmes, TurfStore HL.6 establishes quickly and performs reliably in demanding outdoor conditions. Its drought tolerance, frost resistance and strong year-round coverage make it ideal for critical infrastructure landscapes, helping maintain a safer and more resilient grass surface with lower long-term maintenance needs. Recommended sowing rates are 35–70g per m² for new seeding and 20–35g per m² for overseeding.
