Ceramic Baking Beans – Approx. 700g

Usage Instructions:

1. Prick the unbaked pastry case with a fork to allow steam to escape.

2. Cover the pastry with baking paper.

3. Fill the lined pastry case with a layer of Tala baking beans, pressing the beans firmly against the sides where shrinkage is most likely to occur.

4. After baking, allow the beans to cool before removing them.

5. Hand wash the beans in warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and store them in the provided container.

Fits flan tins up to 32cm (13 inches) in diameter.
