Description

The Mason Cash poultry scissors are essential when preparing poultry, meat or game. The sharp stainless steel blades are perfect for trimming and cutting poultry. The blades are curved and tapered to trim hard to reach places, and are serrated to grip skin and prevent slipping.

The blades are spring loaded to prevent hand strain and feature a notch, which securely holds bones when cutting or trimming.

Featuring soft grip handles with hand loop; the shears are comfortable and prevent the hand from slipping when cutting. The locking mechanism keeps the blades closed for safe storage.
